[00:30] them at least 105 um it's been gutted apparently it's been tested electric is fine AC is fine it's actually cooling right now uh and um just really needs flooring dry awall you know finish up the
[00:54] kitchen so you shouldn't have any Plumbing or electrical issues but we would determine that for sure doing inspections [Music] so might be some wood yet have to replace but that's very
[01:11] small all right and then there's this over here so I'm counting about two bedrooms here five bedrooms over here um two bedrooms here so that's seven total now working from the back to the front this closet there are exterior doors there's
[01:40] two kitchens here so you can turn one into a um a bedroom I don't have the exact layout all kind of optimized here cuz this is kind of weird but um this is a bedroom too but you still need to pass through you know and there's a bathroom so
[02:00] [Music] um this is a laundry room which is also a pass through to the other rest of the house and then here's another kitchen back here which would be the best one to turn into a bedroom probably cuz you have a window right there
[02:16] um and there's a bathroom right here water heater AC laundry closet so I mean I see this realistically getting about 10 bedrooms probably um through you know like get a bedroom right here leave that door maybe put a new front door right here so you can see
[02:38] what's up right here so you have 1 two three and then actually you're at seven already over there so um I mean this room is almost a waste and then you have this big room right here which is kind of you know I guess a dining room a big
[02:59] dining room so and if you can do something with this room then this is like 11 little card [Music] area this shed probably is not convertible used to be used as a
[03:36] workshop so it does have power but uh this thing flooded as well and [Music] uh this is also perk of this house is the uh and you have screen L eyes everywhere two of them look new seaw
[03:56] wall [Music] uh within the past couple years at least a nice area for Newport Richie there's a whole another little area that I missed I don't I mean this could probably be one room somehow
