Meet Me

I’m dedicated to providing property owners and investors with a selling experience that’s not just successful but also efficient and stress-free. I’ve been in Tampa real estate since 2013. I’ve been with several property management companies, managed, leased, and sold regular and rental properties. I’ve seen some crazy stuff… I’ve walked in on numerous squatters (one in his whitey tighties), there was once a cult sacrificing a goat in a rental property🤯, or finding a brand new construction home absolutely trashed after only 1 year of tenants. I have a full spectrum of experience from purchasing, to selling, to listing a rental to moving out a tenant. I don’t know everything, but I continue to strive for new things to learn in my market. A little more about me..

I am happily married with 2 kids and a German shepherd named Blue (Tampa is a huge on dogs by the way). I live in Lutz and enjoy gardening with new and rare tropical fruit trees, playing with the kids and eating the fruits of our labor, and, the cliche, going to the gym.

While teams can be very effective and efficient, they can also drop the ball with more hands in the kitchen and you may get passed off to an assistant when you go pending.
