Rooted in Tampa

I was born in St Pete, Florida, but grew up in central Indiana.  I decided to move back to Tampa for college, but decided the expenses of college weren't for me after two years.  So I looked around for what I could do with a AA college degree (clue -> nothing).  I found a position available in property management, got married, and worked my way up through 3 companies until I left and transferred my acquired knowledge into real estate sales.

Now I'm focused on creating a long term life down here for our kids.

With over a decade of experience in Tampa's real estate market, I bring a variety of knowledge to every transaction. My journey in real estate has taken me through property management, leasing, and working closely with investors to buy and sell everything from single-family homes to multi-unit investments.

I’ve managed and leased over 600 homes—condos, townhomes, single-family houses, and more. I’ve seen it all, from light renovations to heavily distressed properties, and I have a strong network of trusted vendors, including contractors, lenders, inspectors, and insurance agents.

While I have deep experience in long-term rentals, Airbnb, and Padsplit, my expertise extends far beyond investment properties. I professionally list many homes each year for regular homeowners throughout Tampa Bay.
